Day 1. Arrival in Kibale Forest National Park

Arrive at Entebbe International Airport, where our representatives extend a warm welcome, ushering you into the heart of Uganda’s wilderness. Your journey to Kibale Forest National Park, spanning approximately 5-6 hours, offers vistas of Uganda’s picturesque countryside.
Upon arrival, settle into your chosen accommodation, thoughtfully arranged to align with your preferences – from quaint guesthouses to luxurious boutique hotels. Delight in a delectable lunch at the lodge, savoring the flavors of local cuisine.
In the afternoon after your lunch, immerse yourself in the vibrant tapestry of Ugandan culture with a cultural immersion experience. Engage with the local community through village visits, traditional dance performances, and insightful interactions, gaining a deeper understanding of their way of life.
As the sun sets, return to the lodge for a sumptuous dinner, enveloped by the tranquility of the forest.

Day 2: Chimpanzee Tracking and Swamp Walk

Begin your day with a hearty breakfast at the lodge, energizing you for an exhilarating chimpanzee trekking adventure. Venture into Kibale Forest, renowned for its abundant primate populations, in the company of experienced guides.
Traverse the forest trails in search of our closest relatives, the chimpanzees, marveling at their playful antics and social interactions. Gain insights into their behavior and conservation efforts aimed at safeguarding their habitat.
After the trek, return to the lodge for a leisurely lunch, sharing tales and photographs from your morning expedition with fellow travelers. In the afternoon, embark on a serene swamp walk in Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, a haven for birdwatchers and nature enthusiasts alike.
Explore the sanctuary’s diverse ecosystem, spotting an array of bird species, primates, and other wildlife amidst the tranquil wetlands.
As night falls, return to the lodge for a restful dinner, lulled by the symphony of the forest.
