4. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors must ensure that all product listings are accurate, complete, and up-to-date. This includes descriptions, pricing, availability, and any terms and conditions associated with the products or services.

4.2 Service Delivery

Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders in accordance with the product descriptions and any agreed-upon terms. Failure to deliver as promised may result in account suspension or termination.

4.3 Compliance

Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements for their tourism-related services.

5. Customer Rights

5.1 Purchase Protection

Customers are entitled to receive products and services as described in the listings. In case of disputes, our customer service team will mediate and work towards fair resolutions.

5.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed according to the specific vendor's refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws. e-BETP facilitates communication between parties but does not guarantee refunds.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. e-BETP does not store payment information.

6.2 Fees

7. Prohibited Activities

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. e-BETP does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or services provided through the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

e-BETP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
